Buffalo wins tough contest against Toronto Jr. Canadiens, 4-2

The Buffalo Jr. Sabres gutted out a close 4-2 win against the Toronto Jr. Canadiens Junior Canadiens.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Griffin Lunn secured the win for Buffalo with a goal in the third period.


Lunn had two goals to lead the Jr. Sabres to victory.

Buffalo additionally got points from Brenden Dunning, who also finished with two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. In addition, Buffalo received assists from Christopher Berger, who had two and Christian DiFelice, Andrew Pizzo, and Dylan Seitz, who contributed one each.

Toronto Jr. Canadiens was helped by Eric Eremita, who tallied one goal. Eremita scored 15:31 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Toronto Jr. Canadiens.
