The Jr. Sabres kicked off the week at home against the Caledon Admirals on November 1st, where Aiden McKenna got the start in net. Adam Power would get the Jr. Sabres on the board in the first period with his first OJHL goal assisted by Niles Benson and Josh Pryzstal. The second period saw the Jr. Sabres increase their lead further. Gavin Klaassen gave the Jr. Sabres the two goal lead assisted by Nick Shaw and Patrick Cole. Next Dylan Mcfadden would get one past the Admirals goalie with assists from Haeden Ellis and Cameron Doran. The fourth Jr. Sabres goal would go to Cole assisted by Power. With a 4-0 lead heading into the third period the Jr. Sabres did not let up. Doran would quickly put the fifth Jr. Sabres goal on the board assisted by Jaden Ward and Ellis. Ellis would get his third point of the game as he put the sixth goal on the board for the Jr. Sabres assisted by Doran. Zach Derito would get the final goal of the game assisted by Beckett Hinchsliff and Alex Perreault. The Jr. Sabres would skate away with the 7-0 victory as McKenna got the shutout making 24 saves.
On November 2nd the Jr. Sabres were on the road to take on St. Michaels Buzzers, with McKenna again getting the start in net. The first period was quiet with neither team scoring as McKenna made 7 saves. The Jr. Sabres would take the lead late in the second period as Derito would put one past the Buzzers goalie assisted by Cole. The Jr. Sabres headed into the third period with a 1-0 lead. McKenna would make 17 saves in the third period to help seal the Jr. Sabres victory along with Shaw’s empty net goal. The Jr. Sabres would go home with 2-0 victory, giving them back-to-back wins. McKenna would get his second shutout in two days as he made 32 saves.
The Jr. Sabres were scheduled to head back on the road to take on the Oakville Blades on November 3rd. The game was postponed due to a labor strike in Oakville.
The Jr. Sabres are now 13-7-0-1 for the season sitting in 3rd place in the West Conference.
