An important message to customers who were charged for last night’s Jr. Sabres at Jr. Canadiens game on FASTHockey:
We received contacts from fans last night who informed us that while they were charged for the webcast there was no signal. We, too, attempted to follow the game online with no success.
Although home teams are responsible for producing live video, we feel it is our responsibility to ensure that our fans are informed of their rights and receive any due credits or refunds.
During last night’s game we exchanged contacts with our representative at FASTHockey. They were continuing their investigation last night as to why the game never broadcast on the web. We are awaiting further instructions from FASTHockey and will share that information as it becomes available.
