When the Buffalo Jr. Sabres netted their first goal of the 2013-14 season, the officials gave credit to Michael Ederer.
Instead, it’s Daniel LaFontaine (photo) who got the goal, assisted by Ederer.
The video replay (click here for highlights – credit Jenmark Digital Media) shows LaFontaine gets the last tough, set up by Ederer.
One other correction to offer, it’s Darren – not Sean – McCormick who scored the team’s second goal. No matter what you call him, the goal is among the early highlights of note.
