AMHERST – For the second time within a week, the Buffalo Jr. Sabres are celebrating a college commitment by one of its players. Forward Max Mikowski has committed to the Rochester Institute of Technology and its NCAA D-I hockey program beginning next season.
A native of Fredonia, NY who resides in Cheektowaga, NY, Mikowski is currently in his third season with the team. As of this date, he is tied for third in team scoring with 25 points (8 goals, 17 assists) in 24 games played.
