(Amherst, NY) – Former Buffalo Sabres player and current broadcaster Rob Ray will appear and sign autographs at the Buffalo Junior Sabres’ home game on Saturday, October 8, when the Junior Sabres host the Brampton Capitals.
The opening faceoff is scheduled for 7:00pm on the Lexus Feature Rink in the Northtown Center at Amherst, 1615 Amherst Manor Drive, between Maple and Millersport.
Tickets are just $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for students and senior citizens. During the month of October, children ages 13 and under wearing a hockey jersey will be admitted free of charge. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Sabres jersey, his or her very own youth hockey jersey or their favorite hockey star’s jersey. Wear it to the game, and they get in free.
The Junior Sabres enter this weekend holding first place in the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s West Division with 11 points, the result of five wins (including two in overtime) and a point acquired in an overtime loss.
